Huri Laqa Khanum, the daughter of Navvab Sayf Allah Mirza, and Fatimah Khanum, the daughter of the late Mulla Sultan Muhammad from Urdubad has sold a bath (one-third share of Shahzadah Laqa Khanum and one-third share of Fatimah Khanum), known as Bala Hammam, and the attached grocery store for one thousand and five hundred tumans to Aqa Sayyid Riza.

Settlements of an orchard, 1815 to 1835
On December 6, 1815, Marziyah Khanum, daughter of Musa and wife of Karbalayi Sadiq, sold an orchard located in Shaykh Abad farm to Karbalayi Isma‘il, son of Karbalayi Qasim, and ‘Ali ‘Askar, son of Muhammad Nasir from Mubarakah, in exchange for twenty tumans. Then, Aqa Kazim, Aqa Qasim, Aqa ‘Ali, and Aqa Baqir, sons of Karbalayi Sadiq, transferred two bath buildings located in the same orchard, to the mentioned buyers for two tumans. Lease agreement of Hajiyah Shah Baygum's inheritance, 1913
The inheritors of Hajiyah Shah Baygum, wife of the late Haji Hakim from Rasht, rent inherited property to Muhammad Husayn Uf from Irvan for six years in exchange for eighteen thousand tumans. Hajiyah Shah Baygum's inheritors include her nieces and nephews, and the leased properties, including a bath, are located near Rasht and Fuman.

Settlement between ‘Aziz al-Muluk and Gilan Khanum Amir Ibrahimi, daughters of the late Muhammad ‘Ali (Nusrat al-Mamalik) and residents of Kirman, on the ownership of the farm and qanat in Husayn Abad desert, for twenty-five grams of nabat [crystal candy] and some money. The agreement also includes the orchards and houses that either of them built with their money.

Correspondence regarding Anvari Tutunchi (tobacconist)'s complaint, including a petition to the Governor of Saqqiz and Banah and the Majlis, as well as correspondence between the Majlis and the Ministry of Interior; Anvari claims that his father had purchased a bathhouse from Mr. Amini a few years ago, but now Mr. Amini's sister (‘Abd Allah Khan's wife) claims ownership, and due to her connections is supported by the government of Saqqiz.
